اولا : هناك نوعان من الباترون 

1- باترون مرسوم ويسمى دايجرام .

 2- باترون مكتوب ويعتمد على اختصار لاسماء الغرز المكتوبه باللغه الانجليزيه وذلك باخذ الحرف الاول او الحرفين الاولين من الاسم وقبل البدايه فى شرح كيفيه القراءه والترجمه لابد لنا ان نعرف ما هى اختصارات ورموز الغرز المستخدمه فى الباترون.

First: There are two types of pattern: 

 NUMBER 1: patterned decree and is called a gram

NUMBER 2:Patron is written and depends on the abbreviation of the name of the stitches written in the English language by taking the first letter or the first two letters of the name and before starting to explain how to read and translate, we must know what are the abbreviations and symbols of the stitches used in the pattern
